About

Made by songwriters, in Florida.

Notes to Play is made by Smart Man Media, LLC, a small Florida studio building the songwriting tool we always wanted.

Why we built it.

Song ideas arrive anywhere: on the couch, in the car, between sets. Most music apps make you choose between a notebook and a full studio. We wanted both, on a tablet, in one screen: chords you can hear, lyrics in place, and a band that plays along the moment you write.

It runs in the browser, installs like an app, works offline and keeps your songs on your device. No ads, no tracking.
